DELIVERY PERIOD
Delivery period is within 3 to 5 working days from the day order is placed. This delivery period applies to ready-stock items only.
This does not take into account possible delay caused by payment authorization and delay caused by custom clearance.
Kindly note that the delivery period is an estimation and we are not able to guarantee the date of arrival which may sometimes be disrupted due to delivery issues at the courier company or customs.
Customs and import duties may apply and shall be paid by the person receiving the parcel. We have no control over these charges and unable to tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country.

DELIVERY GUARANTEE
We require a signature upon delivery of any of our products. If you have specified a recipient other than yourself to receive the product (for example as a gift) then you accept that a signature by them (or at that delivery address) as evidence of delivery and fulfillment by us.
